You just create account and drag and drop website J

Now go to weebly . com and singup with your Email!!

When you singup go to your mail and confirm !!

Just go to weebly Dashboard and |Click on creat site/blog

When you click on after you see

Weebly team say you create your WEBSITE Title Then website link  and chose your theme witch give weebly team!!!

Now you see your left side slide baar

There are many option witch you can click and drop on your site and you can save or publish

When you done these step you can check your site and now you are developer J
